• These can be extremely stressful, especially for the family members. Once we have worked out which items you'd like to keep - leave the rest up to us. A professional estate sale team or auctioneer will step in to handle the remaining personal property, and leave all proceeds with the family/estate.

Repairs, Upkeep, Remodeling:

• Whether you know what you plan to do with the property or not - some maintenance is almost always required. This can range anywhere from lawn care, pest control, or plumbing - to re-roofing, flooring, structural repairs or even a full-scale remodel to maximize sale price. I have a network of local service providers that I am confident will treat my clients with respect & professionalism.

If Desired, Quick Cash Sales:

I've been a Realtor since 2008. I'm fluent in many phases of Real Estate. I started early on in my career as an investment Realtor. I assisted "flippers" with the acquisition, construction process and the resale of their investment property. In 2011 I also started to flip my own. During this time period I became fluent in construction.  I became somewhat successful overall, depending on your interpretation of “success”.  In 2016 I started building my "dream home" on the hill.  It took me three years to complete.  I didn't know it at the time but before my "dream home" would be completed, my precious 20-year-old son would be dead.

On April 17th, 2018, my life as I knew it was over in a blink of an eye.  Your story and loss may be different from mine. The pain from losing someone important can sometimes leave you paralyzed by grief.  I had many helping hands getting me through the first couple of years after my loss.   I have now dedicated my Real Estate career to help those that are experiencing death and real estate simultaneously.
